Tequila Sunrise By SoFlaJo

Tequila Sunrise sounds like a drink, no? :-) Well, it's not a drink it's actually a Nail polish that was sent to me from Jody of SoFlaJo, an indie polish maker. Tequila Sunrise is from her "The Happy Hour Polish Collection" and can be found hereTequila Sunrise is a peach-orange-copperish color with holo bar glitter. I love the name!! It is very unique and I have never seen a color like this. It is very sheer and hard to capture in pictures. The color is so much better in person than the pictures.

The formula is very good, but it was a tad thick during application I would have to stop and shake up the bottle to thin it out. I wish that more of the holo bar glitter got on my nails.

SoFlaJo describes  Tequila Sunrise  as, "a nearly nude color-changing from yellow to orange to red and filled with short holo tinsel."  I never did get red, but I loved it regardless. According to Jody, you can layer the polish however you like and create your own look. I loved that idea, but for the purpose of this review I wanted to keep the integrity of the polish and show you Tequila Sunrise.

The goodness in the bottle!!

Close on the nail! I love it!!

I really wished Tequila Sunrise would have shown up better on the pictures. They don't do this color justice. The color shift and holo bar glitter was beautiful. I'd recommend you guys buy from SoFlaJo. She has many places where you can reach her: FacebookWebsite and Etsy.

What do you think of Tequila Sunrise?

Thanks for reading,
